Yeah well....he and his friends have been going at it again, whenever I'm about to leave the house and they're outside playing, they'll scream "Hey girl where's my lapdance!?" and stupid shit and catcalls so I would just ignore it -_- (no point in talking to the parents again if they just keep at it..) but then they egged my car once.. and then they threw dirtballs at my car.

and now...today... they left a note.

"Bitch
Kong+ran yeh" is what it says. I have no idea what it means, but it vandalizing and illegal. Luckily I got a video of them while they were ruining my yard and leaving the message. SO yeah. I got proof that they were in my yard vandalizing and I can use it against them. Sucks for them for messing with me.
